Javascript iframe layer project

I need someone to change a script I already have. This is a very simple project for someone with experience.

The script I have currently pops-up a new window for each user 1 time per day onclick.

Instead of opening a new window onclick, I would like the script to make an iframe appear in the center of a webpage onclick, above existing content. The iframe should be centered and 400x400 pixels. It should have the word 'close' alongside it, so when a user clicks close it closes the iframe. When the iframe appears onclick, the background behind it should be #000000 50% opacity.

I have attached the script below. Please quote the word 'Jelly' when you reply to this topic so I know you have fully read this project.

You should be able to start work right away. Please also confirm to me you understand the project and tell me what I am looking to achieve.
