This project will use Dolphin and Ray software to integrate into our community website as a web chat.
Web Chat to be completely integrated into our community website, working with the user's web browser.
Members can manage the existing friends list and see on-line or off-line users at any time.
See the users list, their nickname, sex, age, and browse members profiles.
Filter other users by age, sex or online status.
Invite someone to IM for a private talk or send an e-mail.
a) Dropdown Video Console- allows cast and stop their video, look at video of other members, hide video console and change video and audio settings. The user can open an unlimited number of video windows. Audio and Video Conferencing gives the feeling of a real, live experience. With this feature members can see the person they are talking with and even talk directly using a multi-media headset.
There are three modes that can be utilized in the chat: view only (a member can only read the conversation between other users), take part in conversation (a member can type and read the text), full access (type, read, and start/stop audio/video streaming).
b) Text Box- users can see the text, animated emoticons, animated winks, can customized animated background and also manage the text box size. Users also can add their own animated winks and animated background.
c) Typing Box- users can type the text, insert smiles from the smiles box (10 funny emoticons),play winks (10 winks), change animated background, change font color, font type, font size and decorate font (bold, italic, underline). The Administrator should be able to add smiles, winks and animated backgraound.
d) Rooms list allows member to see the number of members (photo, nickname, sex, age) in any room. Member has an ability to add or delete chat rooms and get over other rooms. Clicking on View Profile icon user can browse member's profile.
When receiving a message, login or logout of another member, start or stop video/audio streaming user will hear a sound. The Administrator can upload other sounds.
