HELP!!! SIMPLE JQUERY FLOWPLAYER and CSS!

HELP! This task is time sensitive. I have flowplayer installed on my site and know how to implement it with my theme. All I need help with is using the content plugin: [url removed, login to view]

I want an overlay to look like that only with my own text, links, and images.

SUMMARY:

I just want to add an overlay to my flowplayer, a content overlay that looks GOOD like the example one on:

[url removed, login to view]

Also I would like to know where I go to edit the overlay after you have put it in so I can change the overlay for each video if necessary.
