Hi would like to create a freelance website for translation using an existing script Kubelance from Kubelabs (script provided).
The script has to be modified to be adapted for translations. Here are the modifications I would like:
provider becomes translator
Translators sign up:
area of expertise has to be replaced by a button "add languages".
When "add languages" page has to contain 2 menus: source language and
target language with years of experience, level,area of expertise and

Once entered it has to be resumed in the main page and the translator
should be able to add more languages.
+ unlogged: every projects visible with 2 menus source and target
languages to select projects
+ logged in: only matched projects to translator profile are
Job category has to be replaced by the 2 language menus as done
with "create a project"
+ replace provider by translator
+ area of expertise replaced by languages
replace job Type by languages

+ a case "only native speaker for targeted language" has to added
+ an optionnal wordcount added

A escrow payment script such as phpescrow has to be added and adapted to work with this script.
Concerning the design, include your bid the way you think to change the layout to custom the website. Attached what could be the logo ([url removed, login to view]).
Mod rewrite (embedded in the script) should be activated but the script has to be modified to create one .html URL / project or profile or page and the script has to update googlesitemap files.
The languages has to be selectable from the admin panel for instance but I would like the language to be switchable from the frontend site to enable any visitor to select his own language.
