Fix Zen Cart mods installation

Please read the description carefully.

I will ignore any "cookie cutter" responses.

Include the work "skydive" in your application or it will be ignored.

I have installed Zen-Cart and it works to a degree on my live site

It seems that I have incorrectly installed one or more of the mods and I am looking for someone to track the issues down and rectify.

Apart from my template I have tried to install:

AustPost1.1

DirectBankDeposit 1.1

PayPal

Products with Attributes stock

Fual Slimbox

CAPTCHA v. 2.9

AJAX Image Swapper

The first 3 payment modules work fine.

The last four seem to have issues.

It should be as simple as uninstalling and re-installing the ad-ons.

I am not looking for new code. I just don't want to make it any worse.
