Fix Hacked WP Site

Job Description:
I have a WordPress site that was (supposedly) compromised/hacked. It was a smallish site with less than 30 posts and 4 or 5 pages.
I need someone to do the following:
1. go through the files (it has been taken offline) and tell me if it really was hacked;
2. Identify problems as a result of the hack; and,
3. Export the content so I can import it into a clean WP installation (already waiting).
I have the files set up as separate tars; one is the mySQL database, the other is the WP installation.
You must be able to complete all 3 components of this project within 24 hours of bid award. I plan to award this project Thursday July 19th.
