Finish off a Joomla / EZ Realty project by 27th October

I need someone who excels in Joomla / PHP / CSS / Javascript and has worked with the EZ Realty add-on. I am expecting big things from this site and will call on you for future modifications if I am happy with the results. This project must be finalised and able to shift to live BETA stage by the 27th October. Please ask any questions you may have in-case I haven’t described any of the items below in enough detail New additions • Add some sort of referencing system to the site / database, so that each user that signs up is allocated a unique key that the user can see on their profile page. That user can then give the key to another user to sign up so they receive a discount on future payments. (The link to the payment system does not have to be automated at this stage, I just need that unique key to be retrievable from the database. Search component • When selecting the option to change the search order this should automatically submit. Front end “add new property” section • Create unique front-end ‘add new property’ pages for the following categories (this should be mostly ‘cut and paste’ , no need to design new pages from the ground up) House / apartment / commercial / Land only /For sale / For Rent • Add auto-geocoding to the ‘add new property’ section so that Google maps automatically searches for the property typed in (this must happen automatically as the user is typing, not after they hit the submit button) Social network like / share buttons • Add share / like buttons for both Facebook and Orkut Payment system • Fix a bug where selecting the payment system reveals only a blank page • Integrate an API from top Brazilian pay site Pagseguro (similar to Paypal with prewritten API’s) ACESEF & Joomfish • Correctly configure ACEsef to allow for search engine friendly URL’S. (do not need full SEO on this site yet, this will be started as a separate project) • Configure Joomfish to allow the site to be viewed in English or Brazilian portuguese Layout modifications • Add new elements to the main page so we can display Featured Agents (I already have a Custom module designed for this, just need it to be listed on the mainpage General CSS / HTML Cleanup • Modify some page tables and CSS to be more visually appealing • Fixup any issues with CSS / HTML code • Change CSS in the Format / Modify your profile section • Ensure page load time is optimized (ie load text / images first before Javascript / maps
