I am searching for a developer to create a custom Plugin for Expression Engine 1.6.7 and convert my Photoshop CS3 designs into a functioning Expression Engine Website (less than 10 pages worth).
I need the plugin to give me most of the functions found at auction websites like [url removed, login to view] and uk.Madbid.com. All, "real-time" events must happen without having to refresh the page.
Below are some of the major required functions;
-There will only be one auction at a time on the homepage. The item for sale and date and time of the auction's start must be controllable by the admin.
-Real time updates whenever a bid is placed
-Bidders can buy bids freely from their control panel (All transactions will need to go through PayPal) and the purchased bids will be credited to their account in real-time.
-When the auction ends, the area normally used by the auction will change to a blog type format so that updates can be given on when the next auction will begin. This must also happen in real-time.
-One of the pages will include a contact form. If the user is signed in when they view it, the contact info stored in their profile will need to be pre-filled in so that they won't have to type it in.
-All info being passed to the server will need to be SSL protected and the user's IP will need to be logged.
-Admin will have complete control over the site. All necessary commands will need to be added to Expression Engine's back end.
*My Photoshop designs are very comprehensive. They show where everything should fit AND how everything should function.
*Although this site will be much more streamlined and simpler than [url removed, login to view] there will probably be other smaller functions not listed here that will need to be implemented. Place your bid accordingly.
