I need a software for running in a call center. All the users will connect through soft-phones, but it should be possible to support Cisco VOIP phones in future. Major requirements are
1. Full support for soft-phones. I am open to suggestions.
2. It should also support VOIP gateways for outbound calls.
3. A basic CRM is also needed, where a log of calls can be maintained.
4. The system should provide a way to schedule calls. The scheduled calls have to run against a IVR. I will provide the scripts. The data from the automated calls has to be saved in a MySQL database. I would prefer using voicexml for this, but I am open to any new suggestions.
