The application is simply a tracking device for all of the physical training done. However, its substantially more in depth. I'm attempting to develop an app which will record say, your 1.5 mile run. As you finish each run it records your time ran. Therefore being able to look back and compare your progress. Also, I would like for it to record the reps done during sit ups, pull ups, etc. To make it interesting and appealing to everyone, I've decided to put a ranking system in it. So it motivates them to hypothetically compete with their squads, and friends they have come in contact with.
