Allround programmer

We are looking for a hard working programmer that knows his or her stuff and is looking for a long engagement of at least 2 years. We have more programmers working with us so in the near future you also have to work in a team setting. But at the start you will be working alone on two of our new projects we have started. The first one is our website for our hosting service. The second one is our online store software we have build and need to expand on, plus our programming service. It is key you can switch in moment notice to fix issues and start on other projects when needed while you are still able to return to the main bigger project you were working on. We work also on adult related sites so that should not be an issue, if it is you do not need to answer on this job offer. About the pay, the first 6 months we pay 400 euros. This is not including the fees. this is the money we pay to you. After that you will gain a increase of 100 euro per 6 months. we offer a bonus at christmas based on your results and the overall company results. Most of the time this is 25% to 30% of your monthly income. Monthly payment can increase till 2000 euro per month. The large payment increase will come after a year when we increase your pay with a several hundred a month. Again you need earn this and pay your dues first. We works hard and long and if you are not looking to pay your dues than you do not fit. We are flexible as you work from home you can work your own hours. This means you can leave for whatever as long as your works gets done and we are not troubleshooting a problem. It is however important you are online when we are this means you need to be at least 5 hours per days online in our time time zone which is GMT +1. We are not looking for people with excuses like: power outage, sickness, family issues ect. If you have any of those than you do not have to apply.
