Ajax PHP Expert Needed

We are looking for a PHP+Ajax expert to start work on an immediate basis. We would like to Ajax-ify some forms filling out on a site we are building. (1) An Ajax code that make it easy for the user to enter company names. The user will enter a state, and start typing in the name of the company. The Ajax should perform an autocomplete. If the user finds the company, they can select it the ajax will fill in the rest of the company contact details. If not, the user can fill in the rest of the contact detail themselves. If the company information is not in the server's database, the database should be updated with the data just typed in. A good example of this is: http://www. (3)Show data on an Ajax grid and when the user presses a button they can download data in the grid as a CSV or XML file. (4) 3-4 other simple Ajax effects...we can discuss best where to use them. The developer needs to provide/demo working code for both Ajax and if required on the PHP side (just enough for the Ajax to work). We may require assistance to integrate.
