113381 Website Makeover

We are looking for a web designer/graphic artist to create a brand new template for our site: We would like it based on this site: [login to view URL] We will require 3 tabs (buttons) - sales, rentals & long lets as the above site Colours need to be Blue/Orange, to view the site requiring the new design please send me a private message only a one page template will be required, include a graphic for banners advertising such as Call Back,Email back, Cheap flights, Car hire. The format of the Graphics will need to be psd so i can edit the text to add more buttons. Please note we DO NOT want a clone of the example site but something similar, we already have a similar map which will need to be added to the template We would also require a price for a new company logo creating but will need this seperate so please add this to the comments box when bidding
