We would like to develop a Cam Portal with following Features:

-Video and Textchat in Flash

-Banner/Text impressions in Chat or Video

-Record own Camshows and Play when Performer is offline

-no Billing System needed

We will have copy rights and you must deliver all source code un encrypted. You must not sell it to anyone else or reproduce it.
