Professional Book Site

Hi, Im looking for a site to on which to sell books targeted at the university market. Hence, will allow suppliers to hold there stock/inventory on it, logging in via username and pwd. The site will use Paypal as a method of payment and must keep a log of all users and transactions etc... everything you would expect an ecommerce site to do. The site should run itself with little or no maintence, hence a well construced database is required. As i need this site to be up and online quickly pleas only apply if you are capable of producing a quality site in a peroid of 3 weeks.
