Java E-Commerce Platform Development

We are an establised Web and Ecommerce provider and are looking for an experienced team who will work with us long term to research, design, develop and support a Java Ecommerce Software platform. Features are not yet defined, and we are looking for a complete solution from the initial research stages to you making recommendations to us about the best technologies in terms of stability, scalability etc. Please note, we are in the business so not complete novices, however Java is something new to us and are looking for the best possible solution. We're not providing exact requirements at this stage, but the obvious ecommerce features and functionality must be included. Also, it's important to note, this is going to be licensed, and this solution must be able to work with client's online AND offline business processes. So, it's an Ecommerce/CRM/CMS solutions with possibilities of adding new modules to integrate with 3rd party applications. Experience is key her...we do have a budget in mind, but would like to conversation with developers. Please provide examples of what we're looking for. please note, we're note looking for a purely PHP based solution.
