Interactive graphical chat

Hello there, I am looking for a talented and efficient web programmer to tackle this challenging project. I want to set up an environment where users can shop and chat online together in a 2d world. When a user logs in they assume the role of a character that can move around with the arrow keys in a 3d isometric world. The character can interact with certain objects. ie, some may add an item to a cart while others may play music. It is a massively multiuser application so they can chat with others who are in the same area as they are. This must me smooth and drawn in real time. Any programming language is fine but Java would most likely be the most appropriate. Basic AI will need to control the NPC's. Any more information will be provided for you upon request.
