We are a non-profit foundation in the process of creating an IT Help Desk. We need help in designing a simple frontend Interface with a backend MS Access database engine that will be used for an IT Help Desk within a small environment. The solution will be able to schedule IT tasks to IT personnel. It will have information such as the location of problem, requestor, technician, due date, priority, etc.
