Facebook Clone

We are looking for a clone of [login to view URL], not exactly that it infringes on any copyright but somthing very similar. Preferrably, PHP and MySQL, but please present your opinoin and reason and I will evaluate each bid on a case by case basis. The clone must be a copy of all of FaceBook's current features including, for our own administration, a Site Administrator. I already have a template for the design of the website, so we also require someone who can integrate our design (exactly, to the pixel). If you already have the clone/script/a web site working, please provide links to a working demo. This will be highly regarded, as it is very unlikely we will preceed with someone with NO EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD. Some other key skills is a must (listed below) as this will certainly grow into a long term business relationship, as we will require you to support of the finished product as well as future developments on this and potentially other projects. - excellent communication: we need someone/team who will reply to our enquiries within 2-4 hours - experience in database design and usability - xml, php, xhtml, mysql We are looking to start within 2-3 week, but will stage the funds payment along the job progression.
