Chart ??" Basic Java Framework We require the development of a basic framework in Java. Windows manipulation and ASCII data loading into tables. The application will be replacing a charting application, it will support static and dynamic charts. Should be built with expansion in mind, classes and their interfaces should be very well defined and created with the idea of being reused as well as capable of reusing other classes. Charts will be similar to charts in [login to view URL] where the end user interacts with the chart by going to different dates, checking prices, adding technical indicators. We want to be able to arrange charts in multiple ways: side to side, or horizontally, as well as to be able to have multiple in the same panel/window. Please let us know if you are interested and then provide a development plan as well as references. You are required to provide regular (M,W,F) reports as well as a working .jar (compiled program) showing the progress, a change log and instructions / user documentation. After bid is assigned, the first report should include the application design, the set of classes you are planning to have in it and their relationships. All subsequent reports must have any changes/additions to them and the design. This project is the first phase of a 4 phase project: TLC Phase 1: Basic program functionality (all underlying classes) TLC Phase 2: TL Integration (what to do with loaded data, testsDB,test results, sets,TL,H,Port) TLC Phase 3: Charting Integration (charting of selected data from tables, technical indicator, PL,etc) TLC Phase 4: Database integration/Portfolio Analysis This must run in Unix/Linux and Windows (all required startup scripts must be provided as well).
