Animated Preview Thumbnails

I am currently running phpmotion video sharing script. I need someone to make the video thumbnails to show screenshots of the video when a mouse is being place over the video thumbnail. Like an animated preview of the video. This is an adult site so please bid only if you are able to work on adult site.
