In general, what I need is a website that can do the following:
1-Have a subscription based membership therefore e-commerce enabled.
2-that can let people create their own websites like [url removed, login to view] but with a few mods that will be talked about later if you win the project.
3-As a separate feature in the user management screen, that can let people create single page websites with or without a domain registered through us according to our specs.
4-That will have a simple web 2.0 design integrated in the front end and back end of the users.
We're not sure which platform is best for this so please give us your recommendation while you bid.
