JQ Quote Work Order Invoice QB Sugarcrm Customisation

Requirements:- 1 Customer module (use Sugarcrm Contacts) with Equipment tab. Contacts is unique to each property (check unit number and postal code for uniqueness). Need to store 3 parties (Bill to, Deliver to, Contact) instead of current 2 parties. 2 Quotation module (use “Advanced OpenSales” [login to view URL]) with Products, Contracts & Invoice module with some customization. Able to generate PDF copy of quote records for printing. 3 Contract module (use Contracts in “Advanced OpenSales” with customization if possible). Able to generate PDF copy of contract records for printing. 4 Work Order module (create custom module using Sugarcrm module builder with customisation). Able to generate PDF copy of contract records for printing. (Need [login to view URL] or similar) 5 ScheduleBoard (customized GUI) works with Work Order module (custom module using module builder) to allow booking of resources. Checking and alert mechanism required to prevent double booking of resources 6 ScheduleBoard config module (create custom module using Sugarcrm module builder) to store information eg number/name of each resource (team S1 to team S10), number/name/description of time slots (T1 8:30-9:30, T2 9:30-10:30) 7 Invoice module (use Invoice in “Advanced OpenSales” if possible) allow invoices to be created from Quotation and Work Order (adhoc customers), and from Contract and Work Order (contract customers). Adhoc invoice running number is separate from contract invoice running number 8 Invoice module to track payment status and cheque number. 9 Integration to QuickBooks to a) generate invoice in QB, b) get invoice number from QB and update in Sugarcrm. 10 Sugarcrm to auto-generate Quotation number, Customer number, Contract (agreement) number and Service report (work order/job) number. Invoice number is generated by QuickBooks. 11 Outstanding contract service, commission and completed contract reports ([login to view URL] or similar) Installation and testing will be done on a test copy of Sugarcrm, not the production copy so we need instructions on the installation to be provided.
