Website: Minor CSS change, Ical function , text box under menu

Bids made is for the CSS change and a functional ical functionality according to this text below and the attach video.
Auto bids will be ignored and not responded to, price gauging will also be ignored.
Only bid if you are 110% sure you can get this done according to specifications, i don't want a half ass solution.
Things needed done:
1: Remove two side panels of a page, and for that page ONLY.
This will make sure that the main content"the table" will take all the space.
Developer needs to make sure that the table takes the free space after sides are removed for that page ONLY.
Something i think it will do automatically either way, so should not be any stress

2: On our other site that is one the same server we need a ical function similer to this website

This ical function must be able to be added to any post or page and removed afterwards if needed, if someone puts it on a page and later needs to change info in the ical fil then updating the post or page with new ical info will overwrite the old info.

3: We currently have a function on our site were we can create menu and then put that menu on whatever page we want.
We would like the option to add a small text box under each of these menu if needed, please see attached picture "text box"
