Redesign website graphics

I have a small website that is geared towards the real estate market. I need to finish off the graphics on 6 pages of the site. This will include complete graphics for all pages needed. I am looking for a experienced graphic artist who has an excellent imagination for creating a "flow" to a website. Images need to tie into each other and create of very professional look. I would like to start immediately on this and the auction will most likely close early as soon as I find a person qualified. Please bid quickly. Only bid if you can submit 3 of your best works in your portfolio. We won't bother opening a dialogue with any designers who cannot provide this. We want to work with the designer in real time....so if a change is requested, we can see the changes in minutes, not days. Please make sure you have enough time in your schedule this week to handle this.
