Joomla Plugin extension for existing jmovies plugin

We are looking for a developer with extensive knowledge around Joomla 1.5

we are looking to do a custom youtube plugin.

The idea is to retrieve youtube video from youtube.com.....and make them display on our website... using the json api from youtube.

We need the following information fetched from youtube api if they support it:

Title: (we must be able to edit the title)

Video URL:

Running time:

Category:

Starring:

Directed By:

Produced By:

Released Year:

Cover Image: (e.g: [login to view URL])

Integrate with external player if possible to make it look more like our own videos... not sure if this is possible with todays api.

We understand not all information is available at all time. However we like to include them IF they are available through the API

We like this integrated seemlessly with our jmovies plugin for joomla...Should be straight forward, as all the input fields are already available as jmovies is a movie database itself.
