Need a php/sql server side script (or one that is available for easy creation on Linux Web Hosting Server) like freshbooks.com. Main funtionality needed: Main Superadmin: -Login -Client Creation with general information (name, address, email, etc.). Will email client with a username/password to access their account, invoicing, reports, etc.) -Project Generation that will link to client with dollar cost per time period (example $20 per timeframe) -Subcontract Creation with general information ((name, address, email, etc,). Will email client with username/password to access their account, time tracking per project, reports.) Separate Client area for: -Login (username, password, verification by email link) -Projects Assignments for available (who is their subcontractor, fees for project in cost/time) -Invoices (check current, outstanding, payment through PayPal) -Complaints/Praises for subcontractors, disputes invoices, ratings Separate Subcontractor area for: -Login (username, password, verification by email link) -Project Assignments for available contracts (superadmin chooses)with cost/time they charge per specific assigned project -Time Tracking per project Invoicing: -automatic creation per projects to be created at certain time periods (example: 1st through 15th of the month generated on the 16th, 16th through end of month generated on the 1st of the month) - customizable per client Reports: -Outstanding Invoices overall -Exporting -Forecast budgetting (client projected invoicing, subcontractor projected payout, profit) per month. -When Payments are received for invoices by clients, notice goes to superadmin to pay subcontractor with a notice that subcontractor is paid when check is generated. -When Payments are made by client, that they get a Paid Invoice notification -ability to create PDF Invoices (or a form) printable by client, or superadmin to main with stub at the bottom to remit payment. Other: -SSL incorporation -Branding with Logo available at superadmin login -ability to send unpaid invoices with email on specified past due times indefinitely (until superadmin waives generation and can be logged in as non-payment which is trackable) This project will be "basic" and if it works properly, more modules will be added.
