Build a quick simple one page wordpress site

I need a one page wordpress site like [login to view URL] Need the same links that it has. I will provide a logo and you will have to design a banner (banner will go to be just below the logo; the area where the above site has black empty space right now). The site should load in less than 2 seconds and should have over 90 performance grade at [login to view URL] (AFTER the logo and the banner are added to the site and the site is complete with everything including text; I will provide text). I will prefer if you use a good industry standard wordpress theme with good ratings (4/5 at least) for it. I will need one extra section that the above site don't have and that will be the clients section; it should work and look the same way as the team section that is there on the above site. Also need the portfolio section to have short text below it (just like the team section) and when I click the portfolio image then apart from the enlarged image I should get more text. And of course I should be able to add this text from the admin. The site should be based on latest stable version of wordpess. Also I should be able to turn off a section (like team) if/when I want and turn it on again when needed. Need this to be done in 2-3 days max. Happy bidding.
