Move a customized CRM from one server to another. Plus 2 Other Milestones. PHP Programming

CRM Hello Get A Freelancer. We are looking for a bright and reliable PHP programmer to be our GO TO GUY for our companies needs. We broke down the project into 3 milestones. Milestone 1) $100.00 a. We have a custom CRM that was programmed in PHP and uses mysql. We do not have a readme file. You will have access to the FTP to relocate the software to another host and make any adjustments to make it work as required. b. Our marketing leads (Name, Phone, Email etc.) come in diretly to the CRM from a webform; you will be re-linking so the leads from the webform continue to come to the CRM directly in the new host. I have a list of features that the CRM currently has; and this milestone will be considered complete once we have tested to make sure that they are working. Milestone 2) $250.00 CRM Customization: ADDITIONS TO THE CRM YOU WILL BE DOING: 1) Make the CRM more visually appealing. 2) Add a variable input ..... There will be different marketing sources where the lead is coming from and we want to be able to select which marketing source it came from; I assume we can make a new field or marketing tags; 3) Stats feature; to collect stats on every lead we have; - General stats and per specific agent - Be able to display how many leads we had per day/week/month; to date; and what there status is; show in total; or per specific agent; select by marketing source. 4) If a client is interested but not yet qualified; put a month and year in where the person would be eligible for a pardon and be able to view this info. And see spreadsheet. 5) Client Payment tracking and Employee commission tracking: 6) Backup feature; ensure that our data is always backed up, through a Cron job or another server. 3) $300.00 ... This part of the CRM is not included in the price and we will negotiate later for this milestone. This project bidding is for the first Milestone, but you would be doing the other milestones also right after. Time is of the essense for Milestone 1. So please let me know if you can do this time of work easily and quickly.
