Website design needed ASAP - small non-profit

This is a request for the creation of a website. The basic design is already, roughly, laid out in an attached Adobe Acrobat file. Another file, a Word document, lays out more information.

This website design will probably be done in Macromedia Flash, however, I am open to Frontpage format as long as it is able to accomplish the same basic funtions. NO FLASH INTRO REQUIRED. When questions about specifics arise, several links to current web templates are listed to help clarify what is meant. The initial (rough) design of the site needs to be completed by the 14th of March so that it may be presented at a meeting on the 15th. At that point the website does not have to be competely finished, but needs to be in such a state that all the basic features are there. Logos, pictures, and articles/wording will be supplied and are currently being written.

Aside from the design, help will also be needed to do the following: Domain name purchase, upload to appropriate server, etc. Also, some brief technical help will be needed to inform us how to add new files (for user download), and also change wording of site from time to time. I am familiar with basic webpage design and basic Flash.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
