Web Page Creation for Application Launch

I am about to launch an iphone / (android) application and would like to have a website to coincide with the launch. The layout and feel of the site is to be 'exactly' like the one in this link. Everything is to work perfectly. I would like the options placed with the site to add or remove content as necessary with seamless navigation and ease of use. The purpose of the site is to show how easy my application is to use and not be a headache. Insertion of pictures into iPhone screen will be necessary as well. Also please allow for later integration of a video tutorial of application, as stated in the 'watch a demo' part of the site. This will launch an on screen video which will be streamed form YouTube. This site will be compatible across all platforms, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows and Android. This site will be able to be used for other applications as needed in the future and will be easily customizable.
