Great I really like Snake, and I even made a multiplay versions once ( although it was quite some time ago :) ) Please check my portfolio for other games i have made, including one "Sushi Go Round" which was the number 1 most downloaded App in 9 countries when it was released! I can make your game using the Unity3D engine then you will get the Flash ( Facebook/Kongregate ) version together with an iPhone/iPad/Android versions which you can distribute on the AppStore/Google Play store.
