this site is to be designed for a private investigation company. this site will pry contain about 10-12 hand coded pages, no templates, want this to be professional and very appealing to clients. need cms or some type of option when i can type my own text and change easily. i will own the code. i will also specify where it is hosted. nda must be signed and no other client must know of this work. very sophsticated look, we are open for ideas and mockups are welcomed. also need to have guarantee to be seo friendly and ease for updates or enhancements in the future. also need to be guaranteed to be top 5 in google, yahoo, msn, etc. for keywords including but not limited to: 'private investigators' - 'private investigations' - 'is my spouse cheating', etc. thank you.
