Presentation material for service marketing

I would like to create a jazzy presentation fortadvanced service offerings of my company. We manufacture and sell high tech medical equipment that requires expensive service to maintain. These services are sold in contracts. In the process of selling contracts, we present ourselves in a manner which I consider to be low tech in relation to the service we provide on highly complex equipment. Simply put, we utilize generic, static powerpoint slides. I envision ultimately putting together a 15 minute visual presentation utilizing powerpoint, excel, flash, et cetera that engages the viewer with the high tech reality of our equipment and services. I see this project going forward in stages. The first stage could be simpleor example: Progression of a service call - 1. Customer equipment in NYC malfunctions and the equipment automatically notifies our computers in Stockholm. Computers in Stockholm diagnose issue, determine parts and service required to repair, notify global parts distribution center in Brussels, Brussels notifies to ship the part to the hospital - simultaneous the system in Stockholm sends text message to local engineers in NYC that system is down and parts are scheduled for delivery in 3 hours...Also sends message to administrator at the NYC hospital that isssue has been logged, parts dispatched, and engineer is enroute. From a visual perspective (Obviously with narration behind it that we provide) - Satellite image of earth - "beep beep" - zoom to NYC - zoom to hospital (google earth?) - zoom to department containing equipmet - zoom on equipment - zoom on defective component - zoom out to local pc (i provide digital video)- Now zoom out to "internet view" and connecting across globe to our servers in Stockholm - Stockholm connecting to Brussels and NYC engineers simultaneously - Brussels connecting to NYC parts depot.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
