MP3 + PAYPAL MUSIC SITE

I want a MP3 DOWNLOAD SITE that will sell individual tracks online accepting both Paypal and credit cards.
I want an autodownload system, meaning the music is sent to the purchaser via download link. In short, this music website is a self running web machine. When the purchase pays via paypal or credit card then the music will be sent via email and can only be downloaded 1 time after it was paid.
I want a Full simple site + coding that I can upload the music on my own everyday and not have to bother anybody to upload it for me.
I also want to purchase to preview each song for 20 seconds
