I want a web site which can offer clients an option of booking online, or creating there own holiday and then choose to have a personal option for the final part of the booking -an email is sent to a call centre where a sales member can contact them to confirm holiday details and take credit card payment over the telephone. The personal option might be the quickest to develop and get on the Web quickly. Clients will be able to search from 14 UK departure airports into 10 overseas arrival destination airports. Some UK airports will have more than one departing aircraft each week at various days and times. I.e. Gatwick might have a Saturday/Sunday/Wednesday flight all departing at different times. Holiday durations will be mainly 7 nights however 3 -4 and 14 night will become available at some periods. Each overseas arrival destination will have only ONE resort where there will be roughly a maximum of Five accommodation types Hotel- Hostel -Studio Apartment-One Bedroom and Two Bedroom within those types we will have Twin Room-Triple room/Single Room/Studio Apartment to sleep two/three One bedroom to sleep One to four Two bedroom to sleep One to five. The only other variables will be some supplement areas for example like seaviews, airport transfers , room only, BB,HB etc Customers are all age range 18-35 No Children are permitted. . Accommodation is all 2/3 stars. This project is ideal for someone who already has worked on similar and who can give some examples of completed operational site/s as they will have a clearer understanding of this type of product. Ongoing involvement to be discussed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
We have a choice on servers Server will be Windows operating system ASH,PHP,Coldfusion and Peri or Unix Peri(CGI),PHP, In house we are all windows so thats would be perferable Various versions are currently used 98/Xp Internet Explorer
## Deadline information
Would want this operational by end of January 2003.
