New Design need for an upcoming Web Design Company

I know it might sound funny that a Web Designer needs a new design for their own site. But it is the truth. I don't have the time right now to dedicate myself to create a new design for my site. I have too many projects I am working on for clients, and basically I don't have the time nor patience to re design my site. I got tired of the old design. I want something FUN, a bit colorful, but very clean looking. I hate websites that are cluttered. I know my asking bid is a bit low, but I just need the template of it. I will add all the other functionality to it myself. If you complete the project on time, I will give a bonus. The site will be HTML,PHP,CSS, slightly Flash(would like header to be flash/banner) driven ***Must be have excellent CSS skills. **Please include links to similar websites created. Once I have selected coder, I will explain exact details. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ALL OS, Must be compatiable in all browsers!
