Website component, written in preferably flash, which will test the download and upload BANDWIDTH of a user's broadband internet connection and specifically when they are connected via a load balanced dual wan router, with more than one broadband wan connection (i.e. test the aggregated bandwith link speed).
Virtually all broadband speed tests on the internet will only test the speed of a single WAN link, even when the user is on a dual wan connection. The required application will need to split a download and upload test (large file) into multiple connections or threads (like a "download manager" does) in order to test the total effective bandwidth of a multi-wan broadband connection.
The speed test should allow the user to start the test and see visual feedback of the test progression and then the final result shown in Kbps. The visual representation of the test should be as a digital readout.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be able to be installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
