The overall functionality of the Flash application you will be designing is similar to this online tool. The tool should have the functionalities such as rotating,inserting text/images,scaling,coloring,changing font/size,aligning,send to back/fwd,inserting logos,uploading new images,selecting from saved,choosing background design etc.
Need an interface which is sleek and the process step-driven. Categories for images should be presented in a hierarchical manner and are searchable.
ALso, note that the all the things will be controlled by a backend module which also needs to be developed with different type of users.
In essence,need a login,registration,shopping cart,designer tool,administration panel,payment gateway integration etc.
