Fun web page design

I have a web page which I hope will become very popular. But it could use some better graphics and page re-design. The intended audience is children and adults, and it is a fun/educational page connected with literature and math. The style should probably be some kind of cartoon-style. No money involved (I don't have any!) but you get a link on the page and hopefully get free advertising if the page becomes popular. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
