Flash bingo game-simple

i would like help developing a small flash game that allows the website visitor to enter a nickname / email address, have site gather email address and then let them play bingo against the computer (and our character mascot, the king of bing) in a classroom cartoon setting. Programmers can see all details in the attached document. ## Deliverables Add on flash game to King of Bing website. Purpose : Users will play bingo against the king of bing in this game. User will click a link on the current website pages to take to a new landing page. Description of game area: On the page, the king will be seated at one desk, the player sits at another. The view is the point of view of the player, so you’ll just see the front of the desk and the rest of the room. The room looks like a classroom, there is a bingo scoreboard up front on the blackboard, a pedestal with the bingo cage on it, and in the background we see other children’s characters sitting at their desks with bingo cards and markers on their desks. These are just background images…the kids aren’t involved and will not move during the game. Next to player’s desk is a small scoreboard, that tallies up numbers hit and games won. On center of the page, there will be a bingo ball that has “PLAY?? written on it. If player clicks “Play?? , he will be prompted to enter his nickname and email address to continue. If user doesn’t enter in a proper email address, it’ll return him to the login screen and display ‘email address not formatted correctly, please try again.?? User fills in the information and Presses play…and two bingo cards appear….one for the king, one for the player. The Bingo cage begins to turn with colored bingo balls inside. Balls are numbered B1 thru B15, I16 thru I30, N31 thru N45, G46 thru G59, O60 thru O75. and will be displayed randomly. As cage turns, a colored ball rolls down the ramp and comes towards the screen for a better view….showing the ball number. The Ball hesitates for a second, then after two seconds it drops into the scoreboard like a keno ball, falling into it’s proper number, making a “splash?? sound. If the player has the number, they can click on the number and an “X?? appears over it. If they click on a number that doesn’t match one that has been sent to the scoreboard, an error message will pop up saying “Sorry, that number hasn’t been called yet!??. If the king gets it, he stamps that number on his card with a mini-crown gold stamp. First player to get five numbers in a row diagonally, horizontally or vertically wins the game. User can play more than once. Each win worth 50 points. Each number matched gets 1 point. If a player gets a bingo, the king gets up and does a dance, then throws confetti in the air. “YOU BEAT THE KING!?? is displayed across the screen, there’s an applause soundfile played, and two buttons come up, asking you if you want to “Return to Homepage?? or “Play Again??. If user’s total scores are high enough to beat the score on the scoreboard, it’ll be displayed up there. At top of screen, best scores are recorded by a user name. Best score at the end of the week (Sunday/midnight) gets a free bingo party for 10 of their friends. Our company will view scores and then mail a coupon certificate via email to the player’s email.
