Flash Banner Design

Hello, We are looking for a designer who will able to create for us Flash Banner. The banner style must be the same as on <[login to view URL]>. We sell Business & Call Center management software. I want the banner to say the following: first screen will show an office room or other location with customers, invoices, payments in a mess everything thrown away like a messy child room, a business man that is lost in it, he not know what is going on in his business and a text saying some like "Having problems taking control over your business?" then our software's logo comes into the frame puts everything into its place now everything is in order and the business man is happy and counting money. There will be a line says: "Move to Business, Take control over your business!". All images must be in flyfx style. Banner Size 408/70 12k We are looking for long term designer who will able to provide us many themes of banners and newspaper ads in the same style. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash
