EZFormPro Customization + Small RSSReader Customization

For my website project, I bought two components from [url removed, login to view]:

The first and larger part of this project entails the EZFormPro component, which you can check out here>> [url removed, login to view] . I have all the fields and variables set, I just need to get it running. I need the form data to two things: one, the normal function of emailing it to an address, which it has the functionality of doing simply through the parameters of the component in Flash. The larger part of this project is setting up a database to hold this data. I don't know much about databases, but it needs to be something that an admin person with basic word processing skills could download into something like Excel. Please advise me on what's possible here.

The second and very small part of this project would be customizing the RSSReader component>>

[url removed, login to view] . I just need it to load the first three entries of a blog's rss feed onto a homepage in 3 different text fields: the latest entry goes into 1 textframe, the second newest goes into another textframe, and the third newest goes into the third textframe.

I would need a very quick turnaround on this project.
