Espresso Car Wash Cafe

A client of ours is about to open a business called "Espresso Car Wash Cafe". At Espresso Car Wash Cafe, you can have a coffee and relax, while the team of employees clean and detail your motor vehicle.

Attached are several scans from some of their documents, as well as a logo.

I require a static website design using the logo and colours supplied, based on the format of the scanned documents attached.

The site should have the following pages:

Home Page

Service Menu

Boardroom

Frequent Users

Priority Care

Franchise Opportunity

Contact Us

For Home Page, Service Menu, Boardroom, Frequent Users and Priority Care sections you should use the existing content from the scanned pages. For the other pages where content is not available yet, please design the pages, but leave them blank, or fill them with content that can be deleted at a later stage.

It would be good if I could get some kind of small/passive flash animation to appear on the pages to catch the users eye, however this animation should be fast to load and not draw the users attention too much from the body of the page.

Preference will be given to coders who can get this project out within the tight deadline of 3 days.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done including source code for all images and flash movies designed.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
