I am running Clipshare 1.6 on my website, but videos larger than 13mb keep timing out. Clipshare will build the thumbnails, and upload the video, but when you go to play it, it just says it's buffering and the video length is fixed at 0. During the upload I receive this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function MoveNext() on a non-object in /home/tramplet/public_html/include/[url removed, login to view] on line 1463
And in my email I receive a notice that says:
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "" in /home/tramplet/public_html/smarty/libs/[url removed, login to view] on line 1088
I contacted my host and they gave me this response:
I've finally found what is causing this error. Due to mysql wait_timeout your script can not update database records because mysql drop your mysql connection when your script exceeds the wait_timeout limit. It's more coding issue than a server problem. I would suggest you to modify the script so that it reconnects to MySQL server when it modifies/adds entries to the database rather wait till video is converted.
Can anyone do this for me? Should be a quick fix, i need this asap!
