Redo the backend for a site that allows registered retailers, services, and sellers to post specials/offers, at their leisure. The site currently has mysql and php pages already working, but the project was not completed, with pages and functions not enabled. So, I am looking for a coder who can either: 1. redo the pages/database 2. start from the beginning. Users will be able to post their specials, or special offers, for from 3 hours to a month, and have them queried by suburb, store, product, or category. Specials posted should show a start/finish date, normal/special price or a special offer (eg. buy 3 get 1 free). Sellers can post up to 100 specials (with pics), for 3 months free, after which they will pay $5 per week (or part thereof) to post their specials. The system will automatically terminate their special/s at the finish date, prior to which a seller will receive an email reminder prompting them to post their next specials. Sellers will also be subject to rankings, where shoppers/consumers can rate them from 1 - 10, so other people can see how good or bad a business is. The aim of this feature is to highlight the better sellers in the hope that they will benefit from offering a better service than other stores/services. Consumers will need to register in order to rate a store, and can also receive emails of their chosen specials if they wish. I need a coder to create a database with the following tables, and php pages to interact with them: registration login posting hot products categories subcategories classifieds personals sales rate sellers and consumers weekly email reminders payment confirmation I created a basic design to work to, and have several sites to use as reference, as to the look and feel of what is desired.

I require complete and fully-functioning: registration page login page post specials pages post happy hour specials hot products latest products categories subcategories classified section for: real estate, automobiles etc personal specials rate a store specials email reminder bank direct payment with confirmation function search by product, suburb, town, store, latest specials bank direct payment function admin section where complimentary or promotional registrations can be appointed to users, and where i can control all functions of the site product details pages will contain up to 10 pics, with clicks to enlarge thumbnails to original image size.
