Web Based Email Application in ASP

I would like to have a web based system that will do the following. Keep in mind this site needs to have a backend to it so its easily managed by us via an admin site. I would prefer it have ASP front end with Access backend. The system will be sending emails to people kind of like a greeting card site. We need to be able to add greeting cardss. The cards will be created by us using html. We will need to be able to click add greeting card to system and be able to have a wysiwig editor. Once the card is added it will appear as an option in the front end of teh site. The user will be able to preview the card and select which card they would like. They will then need to see a form to add who its being sent to such as first name, last name and email address as well as there first name, last name, and email address. Need to write the person sending the email first name, last name, and email address to the database. After they fill this out the form they will need a place to preview again the completed card and then click send. After click send need to be redirected to predefined page. A few side notes. Would prefer to use ASPEMAIL or CDOSYS for the email component. Need a way to prevent the site from being used as a relay site. Need implemented something that will only allow users from site to send through site. No other sites using our site as relay to send emails. Would also like to have captcha just before send button. The admin site needs to be password protected. Please let me know if you have any questions or need clarification. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP - IIS
