Upgrade of DNN site from 3.x to 4.x

I need an upgrade of a DotNetNuke site from 3.1.1 to the latest 4.x version. Site is [[url removed, login to view]][1]. There are a number of modules used by the site that would also need upgraded and all page and member data needs migrated also. All modules should be updated as appropriate to run under the latest 4.x version. I will pay for any modules that need to be updated to a new version to run on 4.x (eg. ActiveForums)

Catalook shop

Ventrian newsarticles

Ktomics wwwiki - would consider use of another wiki module if this can be migrated by the developer

Ventrian gallery

The site has to look and function as it does currently, albeit with the latest module versions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Fully working website, with all pages looking and functioning as they do currently.

5) Migration of all user data and other data stored in modules including the Catalook store, Activeforums, Ktomics wwwiki etc
