SBI website designer needed

I am on an endeavor to create a content rich site using SBI. I am looking for a website designer who knows the product lines of SBI and its’ foundation. I need a designer to create for me a website using FrontPage 2002/2003. Please note: If you do not know how SBI and it’s html up loader work please do not submit a bid. Certain features in FrontPage cannot be used with SBI. I am only interested in coders who have used and have experience with SBI! Here is what I need from the designer: 1.) A low cost editable template. 2.) A professional and streamlined site. 3.) I need certain sections of the site to be editable that will reflect changes through the site. E.g. The navigation area: I want to add links to that area once and want those links to be reflected throughout the entire site. 4.) You must be able to integrate Google AdSense into the site and have it reflect throughout the entire site as well. 5.) Custom header graphic 6.) You must be able to provide tech support or question responses via email once the site is in my hands. I do not know how to use FrontPage that well and I might need your assistance doing some basic things. I will be creating approximately one new site every other month for the next few years. I will be needing a designer familiar with SBI to create all these site templates for me. I am looking for a designer who can provide me with all the templates I will be needing throughout the years to come. This is a pretty basic project and I will be looking for a reasonable bid; especially considering I will be feeding you more work in the upcoming months and years. If possible please send links or screenshots of previous work for me to evaluate. I can provide you with a VERY crude outline of how I want the site to look. It will be up to you to make it professional and easily editable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Frontpage 2002/2003
