Reconfigure existing PHP applet

REVISED DESCRIPTION 10/23/2004 **************************** Some of this functionality is already contained in the attached script, it just needs to be enhanced with the functions below. 1) Upload .zip file to dedicated folder on FTP server based on user login. Each user has his/her own folder. There are presently 3 users. Automatically send an email notification to us 2) Upload a second .zip file to /[login to view URL] 3) Prompt user to input an email address, then automatically send an email to us which includes the http link, the email address that the user inputed and text notifying them that they can download the file at <[login to view URL]> (The contents of the file will be verified by the receiver, then the email will be forwarded to the inputed address) 4) Browse and upload a single .jpg file which will be emailed to two addresses (always the same two addresses) and CC'd to a 3rd as an attachment Show a preview of this .jpg in the web form once it's uploaded and prompt user to VERIFY that this is the correct photo before submitting ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
